Winona Powder Coating operates two high-capacity finishing facilities strategically located across northern Indiana. Our unique combination of equipment and capacity gives our customers better flexibility on part size, turnaround speed, and coating technology without switching vendors.
With Winona’s multiple Midwest facilities, we keep your program lean. More importantly, your parts are coated to your exact specifications and delivered on schedule every time.
Etna Green, Indiana
Our 167,000-square-foot headquarters is built for scale, combining two powder coating lines with a dedicated E-coat line so parts can get single or dual-coating protection depending on their service environment.
- E-coat line handles parts up to 108" long by 48" wide by 48" high with a 13-stage zinc-phosphate pretreatment.
- Powder Line 1 uses specialized wash chemistry for aluminum and galvanized parts.
- Powder Line 2 runs on an I-beam conveyor built specifically for heavy cast-iron components, and a Large Part Batch Line extends capacity to parts as big as 32' long by 8' wide by 8' tall.
If your project involves oversized parts, cast iron, aluminum, or a need for both powder and E-coat protection, Etna Green is built to handle it.

Elkhart, Indiana
Our 50,000-square-foot Elkhart facility is optimized for speed, with two full conveyor lines and 5-stage washers feeding automatic and manual spray booths.
Stock finishes like semi-gloss satin black, textured black, and gloss white can turn around in as little as 24 hours to one week, making this plant the go-to choice when your schedule can't wait.
- Line 1 accommodates parts up to 68" high by 38" wide by 22' long.
- Line 2 handles parts up to 58" high by 34" wide by 12' long, with packaging and assembly services available on-site.
When quick turnaround and flexibility matter more than maximum part size, Elkhart delivers.

What's the difference between Winona's two facilities?
Etna Green is our larger, 167,000-square-foot headquarters, built for oversized parts, cast iron and aluminum specialization, and dual powder/E-coat protection. Elkhart is a 50,000-square-foot plant optimized for fast turnaround on stock finishes.
Which facility should handle my project?

Do both facilities offer E-coating?
