Our VP of Engineering, Scott Eyink, brings more than 20 years of experience as a Design Engineer building overhead finishing line systems for industry, along with more than five years at Winona Powder Coating. With an MS in Industrial Engineering from Cleveland State University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Dayton, Scott works alongside our technical and quality teams to help customers solve challenging finishing problems and get their parts coated right and on time.

Some of our best customer relationships begin with a problem: a part that is difficult to coat, a quality issue that needs to be solved, or a program that has simply grown beyond another coater’s capacity. We like those challenges. We have the engineering expertise, finishing experience and production capacity to find a solution.

At Winona Powder Coating, we know that a successful finishing job starts long before the first part reaches the powder booth or e-coat tank. That’s where our Continuous Improvement Manager, Mike Jensen, comes in.
 
Mike has more than 22 years of powder coating experience and three years of e-coating experience with us, giving him the kind of hands-on finishing knowledge that can only come from years of solving problems on the production floor.
 
From reviewing prints and coating specifications to working through racking, coverage and production challenges, Mike helps customers identify and solve potential problems before they become production problems. His goal isn’t simply to provide a quote. It’s to figure out how to make the job run successfully, consistently and at the quality our customers expect.
