Elkhart Facility: Agile and Efficient Powder Coating Services
Spanning 50,000 sq ft, our Elkhart plant is optimized for fast-moving projects and quick turnaround.
- Two full conveyor lines backed by 5-stage washers feed into both automatic and manual spray booths.
- Turnaround for stock finishes like semi-gloss satin black and textured black can be as short as 24 hours to one week.
Capacity:
- Line 1: Parts up to 68" high × 38" wide × 22' long.
- Line 2: Up to 58" high × 34" wide × 12' long
Our Elkhart facility offers rapid response and dependable service, ideal for local clients and customers throughout the Midwest needing speed and flexibility without compromising quality. We also offer packaging and assembly services. Winona’s integrated services streamline the delivery of your finished products and reduce your logistics hassle along the way.
Etna Green Facility: Larger Scale with Higher Capacity
At 167,000 sq. ft, our Etna Green headquarters is a full-scale, state-of-the-art product finishing powerhouse, with the capacity for even larger part formats and higher volumes.
- Equipped with two powder coating lines featuring 5-stage washers, automatic/manual booths, and digitally controlled ovens.
- Powder coating is combined with our robust e-coat line, offering superior environmental resistance and the potential for dual-coating options.
Capacity:
- Handles parts up to 108" × 48" × 48", with racks coating 500 sq ft and accommodating weights up to 2,200 lbs
- Includes a 13-stage zinc-phosphate pretreatment to ensure durability even in the harshest conditions
Powder Lines:
- Line 1: Up to 72" high × 32" wide × 24' long, with special wash chemistry for aluminum and galvanized parts.
- Line 2: Up to 70" × 38" × 8', with I-beam conveyor, ideal for heavy cast-iron parts.
Additional Capabilities:
- Large Part Batch Line: Up to 32' long × 8' wide × 8' tall
- Fluidized Sand Bed Stripper: Accommodates parts up to 54" × 68" × 115", handling up to 6,000 lbs with organic coating loads of 62–174 lbs.
