Our people are our greatest asset and it begins with our two Plant Managers each having over 24 years of job shop powder coating experience. They report to our Operations Manager who has over 30 years of job shop powder coating experience. Line supervisors have an average of over 8 years of experience. The president of Winona Powder Coating has been with the company since 1991. Winona is focused on finding and retaining experienced plant personnel and believes that great coating is accomplished by providing a great environment where employees are valued.

Winona Powder Coating has been in business since 1974 and started powder coating in 1979 making it one of the first powder coating operations to open in the state of Indiana. Winona has powder coated over one billion dollars worth of customers’ parts in the past 30 years.
